Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom sizes or dimensions Personalized engravings, names, or logos
- Custom wood selections or design modifications
Because these items are made specifically to your request, we are unable to resell or repurpose them.
Non-Custom (Standard) Items
For non-custom, standard products, returns may be accepted.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect product
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the situation.
Eligible Returns
If a return is approved:
- Must be returned within 30 days
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is due to a defect or error on our part
Once received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A replacement
- A repair
- Or a refund at our discretion
Natural Wood Characteristics
Because wood is a natural material, variations in:
- Grain pattern
- Color
- Tone
- Character marks
Are not considered defects and are part of the unique nature of handcrafted wood products.
Care & Use
Improper care, misuse, or failure to follow provided care instructions may void eligibility for returns or replacements.
