2. Products
All products are handcrafted using natural hardwoods. As a result, variations in grain, colour, and texture may occur. However characteristics are not considered defects, and each item is unique.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Direct bank transfer
- E-transfer
- Cash on local pickup
6. Shipping
Shipping Times
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. However, custom orders typically require 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds govern our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items we treat as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. As a result this includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom sizes or dimensions
- Personalized engravings, names, or logos
- Custom wood selections or design modifications
Because these items are made specifically to your request, they cannot be resold or repurposed.
Non-Custom (Standard) Items
For non-custom, standard products, returns may be considered only under certain circumstances. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a workmanship issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.
Eligible Returns
If a return request is approved:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is due to a defect or an error on our part
Once received and inspected, the appropriate resolution we will determine at our discretion and may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Natural Wood Characteristics
Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain pattern, colour, tone, and character marks are inherent to handcrafted wooden products and are not considered defects.
Care & Use
Improper care, misuse, or failure to follow provided care instructions may void eligibility for returns, replacements, or refunds. Customers are encouraged to review the Care Instructions provided with their product.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items, discounted items, and custom orders we treat as final sale unless otherwise stated.
8. Care Instructions
All products include care instructions. Proper care is required to maintain durability and appearance. Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage is not covered under warranty.
Improper care, misuse, or failure to follow provided care instructions may void eligibility for returns, replacements, or warranty claims.
9. Warranty
Products we warrant against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or improper care.
Any warranty-related remedy will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of GiftThis.ca and may not be reproduced without written permission.
