3. Orders and Payments

Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required for all custom or personalized orders before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once paid, and orders cannot be cancelled after work has started. Design adjustments may be made up until production begins.

Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping, or at the time of delivery (if applicable).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: Orders will typically ship within 2 business days for in-stock items. Custom orders may take longer and timelines will be communicated at checkout.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. GiftThis.ca is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances.
